You should arrive one hour prior to show time as seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
You must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult.
There is a two item minimum per person inside the showroom. We serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The beverage minimum is not included in the cost of the ticket.
There is an a la carte menu available during the show in the showroom. Food purchases do not count towards the two drink minimum.
We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as cash.
All Sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Joker's Comedy Club doesn't mail any show tickets. All Tickets held at Box Office. Please have the confirmation number or bring the email confirmation with you to the show. A picture ID and the Credit Card that you used to purchase the tickets maybe ask in order to pick up your tickets. The person who purchased the tickets is the only one who can pick up the seating ticket. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
All ticketed events are to be held irrespective of weather conditions. On some occasions, weather may make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, Joker's Comedy Club will make the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. Joker's Comedy Club will issue refunds ONLY if a show is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If a show is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer to purchase tickets. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle. A portion of Joker's Comedy Club Service and Handling Fees may be Non-Refundable in all cases.
